Yes, it’s here. I haven’t said a public word about this group until now. But instead of going on an emotional rant that will not really do anyone a lot of good, will serve only to ostracize those who oppose my position, and negatively work up those on my side, I will turn this over to Steve Crowder. He has created the opportunity to get in some good old-fashioned undercover journalism, and reaped some perhaps not-so-shocking results.
We seriously need to learn to discern truth from the lies, my friends. Let’s wake up and recognize that this war between black people and white law enforcement officers is nothing more than a lie purported by our local propaganda machine – the liberal news media! Big surprise.
Does it ever happen? Of course it does. But perhaps for one second we could slow down, take a deep breath, and let the facts speak for themselves instead of the emotions that arise when we see the latest “white cop beating black guy” viral video on Facebook or YouTube.
Doing your own research is not something we like to do in our day in age. That is just far too tedious. Why bother when I can just see for myself via internet videos? Americans want everything now, we don’t want to work for it. And that is never more true than in our pursuit of the truth in virtually every category. Additionally, it is clearly obvious that as “competent” human beings who witnessed an atrocity in the street, of course we can inherently understand everything about it just by seeing it! …even if we know literally nothing about law enforcement… and didn’t really see the events that led up to that situation… and couldn’t hear what the law enforcement officers were telling the suspect to do… because clearly none of those things are necessary to understand what really happened…
Yeah. So, here’s my problem with that. See, if I walk up to a nuclear physicist, I’m not going to tell him what he is doing wrong or what he should be doing differently, because I know absolutely nothing about nuclear physics. And yet, everyone that knows absolutely nothing about law enforcement somehow feels qualified to get their keyboard-warrior suit on, and go ranting and raving all day and night about some video they see and the horrible injustice of it all. Truly incredible.
I will say that, granted – sometimes – that is actually the case. But the vast majority of the time, that is simply not reality. And whether it is or is not reality in a given situation, plastering it all over social media does… what exactly? Does it stop police brutality? At all? Um, no. Oh, it must be to “raise awareness…” Riiight. Because… no one knows that police brutality happens in the United States…
No, it does not solve anything. When the liberal news media, the social justice warriors, and the bleeding-heart mindless sheep of our nation start freaking out about these things, it does nothing more than throw gasoline on an already blazing fire of misunderstanding, hatred, bitterness, and violence. There is not a race-war going on! There is simply crime and punishment! And then there is the liberal community that is doing everything in their power through Hollywood, social media, and the news media to propagate this supposed “war.” And they are working overtime. And they are succeeding.
The problem is – if enough people listen to them and fall prey to their lies, and they do actually succeed – this war will become real. And trust me, the ramifications of that, are nothing that anyone would ever want to see. I suppose the bleeding-hearts must imagine that if they keep at it, eventually their actions will lead to a more peaceful nation where the police are less violent in some idealistic and Utopian fashion. In fact, it will do the exact opposite – which is the entire point! That is exactly what is being attempted here. To cause the atmosphere in our nation to escalate so much that violence breaks out everywhere, and then – martial law. Not a good thing. I will delve no further into this here, but I assure you – this is not the path to justice, freedom, or peace.
Don’t be part of this system, my friends. If you want to understand excessive force and police brutality, look into the facts not the hysteria. Here’s just a short little piece of sanity for you below. It is by no means comprehensive, and approaches the issue from a more general perspective not addressing the racial aspect. But there is plenty of clear, factual data addressing that side of things as well – and it has nothing to do with racism.
“So far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.” ~ Romans 12:18
Wow… I mean, all I can say, is wow. Say what you want about any hangup you want to find, but this right here, is a monumental event. Something like this happening in the United States of America in the year 2017 is utterly shocking in the best possible way! I mean, 2 Chronicles 7:14?! Really?! For those of you who don’t know that scripture, let me quote it for you here – “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” This scripture has been prayed over our nation by hundreds of thousands of Christians for decades. And now, here it is, being prayed in the White House!
God, truly is God. I’m just saying. If you don’t believe in God, you should now, because this is nothing short of a miracle – and at a time when our nation least deserves it. But praise the Lord. If we do indeed turn to Jesus Christ, our land could truly be saved. Amen! I half don’t even know what to say about this, I am so shocked and just taken aback… Hallelujah!
God is so good. So faithful. Praise His holy and mighty name. May His name be glorified in this land of ours! Rejoice, those of you who are my brothers and sisters in Christ – we just witnessed one of the most incredible miracles of our time. Perhaps there is yet hope for us.
Maybe you haven’t realized what just happened, but let me rephrase it for you in spiritual terms – the leader of one of the greatest and most powerful nations on Earth just bowed his head and humbled himself on live television for millions to see, and joined with other men to ask of God, and Jesus Christ by name, for help, for redemption, for restoration, and even for a turning away from evil and back to God for the people of the nation as a whole! It doesn’t get more incredible than this, my dear friends!
Greetings My Brothers and Sisters,
This is a day and age of censorship, manipulation, control, and enslavement. If you cannot see it, you are blind. Open your eyes my friends. If you think that this isn’t important, then you are deceived. Whether you are on the same page with me religiously or not, this should stir your emotions. The stark reality of world-wide censorship is horrific, but real. We need to first acknowledge it and then do everything we can to combat it. No one has the right to censor free speech. No one. The moment we allow that is the moment we join the bloody totalitarian dictators of the past and present. The instant that you believe anyone has the right to tell someone what they are “allowed” to know – you have become the enemy of all truly free society. Take a few minutes of your time away from your football game, your Netflix bing-watching, or the latest Battlefront to watch something that just might open your eyes to the harsh reality around us.
In His Grip,
An Agent of Christ
Maybe you don’t know it’s happening – it is. I just talked about this in my last post yesterday. Let’s see if you got anything from it. Let’s see if you can care more about others than yourself. Maybe you can shed a tear for the genocide and ethnic cleansing that is happening RIGHT NOW in this time in history – not the 1940’s people – now. Do you want to do something about it? Here’s a way:
I beg of you, honestly. Look beyond yourself. Life and death is in your hands. Maybe you can’t stop all the evil in the world, but you can help one person. Or maybe more. Doing anything is better than throwing up your hands and saying the cause is lost – or worse, pretending the cause doesn’t even exist.
You need a way? Here it is:
There is truly something incredible and beautiful in a way about both the book and the film titled, “The Shack” written by William P. Young. As most of us have heard, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The aftermath of the attack on Pearl Harbor was undoubtedly a beautiful thing to the Japanese. To the Americans that witnessed it, it was the farthest thing from beautiful. Likewise, to the devil, I guarantee this book and film are incredible works of art that he feels very satisfied in having brought about.
I am rarely this publicly confrontational about things, but “The Shack” is anything but a great Christian film. When the truth of the Gospel is being so deviously twisted, I am obligated to speak out, especially when the lies are being delivered through such a powerful medium as film. I will outline only a few key points, and before any of you fall for this tantalizing spiritual trap, I encourage you to do as the Bereans did and test everything you see and hear against the Word of God – that is what we all are to do. And remember that something that is almost truth, or close to it, is far more dangerous than an outright lie.
I honestly don’t even know where to begin about this… film. I believe it is likely one of the most pernicious movies I have yet seen. The book it is based on is far worse. This is a story that will move you emotionally and draw upon the deep places inside of you, but not to drive you to Christ or His Word, oh no. Instead it will drive you to idolatry, deception, and a temporary fix to the pain in this world.
The author, Paul Young, is a universalist. While this may not be quite as apparent in the film, the book makes this quite clear. This is unquestionably the most heretical underpinning of this story, though there are quite a few others. Essentially, universalism states that Jesus is a way, but not the way. Jesus may even be the best way, but He is by no means the only way to heaven. So the Buddhist, the Muslim, and the Atheist are all going to the same heaven together with those who claim to follow Christ – one of the most warped and twisted doctrines (if it can even be called a doctrine) out there. Of course, it blends well with the post-modern idea that “truth is relative.” This is what all the liberal communities in our nation want to say. In fact, they would like to do away with the concept of truth at all.
Next, is the obvious fact that God the “Father” and the Holy Spirit are represented by human women. A complete contradiction to Scripture on multiple levels. All three parts of the Trinity are referred to in the masculine consistently throughout Scripture without exception. Which makes sense if He is the “Bridegroom” and we are the “Bride of Christ.” And more fundamentally is the issue that they are represented by physical human beings at all. God is unquestionably a Spirit and does not have a body, and we are commanded not to create any graven images of God. It is one thing to represent Jesus in a physical body, which He did indeed have and has, but the Father? The Holy Spirit? It is approaching blasphemy to think, let alone purport the idea that God the Father could be confined to a limited, physical, human body.
Additionally, there is no sense of hierarchal structure at all within the “Trinity” in the story, only a circle of equality and unity. Even though the Bible clearly shows that Jesus only did what His Father willed, and that the Holy Spirit only came a result of the mandate of Jesus.
Apparently, according to “The Shack” we are also never going to truly be punished for our sin, and God doesn’t have to punish sin, because “sin is its own punishment.” I’m sure that Ananias and Sapphira would disagree. I am fairly certain that dropping dead is not the automatic result of lying. In the film, “Papa” also says that He doesn’t “orchestrate” tragedies. Again, a total contradiction of Scripture. There are a good number of unquestionable instances of God definitely orchestrating, if not outright ordering great tragedies where many thousands died, or diseases spread, or other terrible things took place.
And right in line with that, “Papa” or God the Father dismisses the notion of God’s “wrath” and states that God is not really who we think He is… Absolute heresy. Not that it is possible that we might misunderstand or perceive Him incorrectly, but that He is not who His written Word has said He is. Hebrews 13:8, says He is, “the same yesterday, today, and forever.” And no one need look very far to see the wrath of God all over the Old Testament, and even in the New Testament as well.
Also, the film draws a line between the justice of God and the love of God, as if they are somehow incompatible with one another. That justice isn’t really something that comes about, because everyone has a past that caused them to do the terrible things they do, and so judgement can’t take place. The “love” of God somehow erases all sin so completely that even without repentance the forgiveness of God covers you. Another lie.
Probably one of the biggest things that disturbed me to the core, and actually caused tears to well up in my eyes, was the absolute disrespect for both God, and His Word by the main character in the story, “Mack.” In the film, there is even a moment that very pointedly shows the Bible sliding off a bed and dropping to the floor. That may seem a small thing, but anyone who understands film knows that nothing like that is incidental. It was so obviously an intentional decision by the director, it made me sick. Mack swears in the presence of God, snaps angrily more than once at God, and is even brought to a place where He puts God on trial! Again, such an abhorrent lack of reverence for the nature of God. When every situation we have in the Bible, both in the Old and New Testament of a man being in the presence of God, even the Apostle John, who was the closest to Jesus, has the man falling upon his face in utter humility and awe of God. Nothing could be further from the arrogance and disrespect shown in this story.
On a small side note, God the Father and the Holy Spirit are dancing around at one point to a song titled, “Gimmie Little Sign” by Brenton Wood. It is a song that is essentially all about sex and “getting it on.” Not a song that my Father in heaven would be dancing to, I think.
So, let’s recall that there are numerous Scriptures that warn against adding or taking away from the Words of God. (Deuteronomy 4:2, 12:32; Proverbs 30:5-6; Matthew 24:24; Mark 7:13; Revelation 22:18-19) And this is exactly what “The Shack” does with arrogant impunity. This story is one that touches your heart and “feels so right.” But so does sex outside of marriage if you aren’t walking rightly with Christ. This is work of fiction that brings a sensual and emotional solution to a problem that is only revealed in the true and wonderful nature of our heavenly Father. As well, just a simple grasp of why sin and death are in this world to begin with. I will attach a short clip from Ravi Zacharias below that nails the answer to the question that this demonically-inspired book and film asks, and heretically tries to answer.
This story is one of spiritual deception and doctrines of demons. It is darkness and lies wrapped in golden foil with flowers and rainbows surrounding it. It is literally laying down the stones upon which many will stumble, and in case we forgot what Jesus had to say about those who are responsible for doing that – check out Matthew 18:6, Mark 9:42, or Luke 17:2. They all say slight variations of the same thing, “Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.”
I encourage you all not to be swept to and fro with every wind of doctrine (Ephesians 4:14) that is pleasing to the ears or soothing to the soul. Allow the Holy Spirit to be your Guide, and always checking all against the Word of God. Without the Word, we can never learn to truly know the voice of our Shepherd.
